Mr. Arzaga brings years of Travel Industry experience to TAGI as a former Airline Director for American Airlines, Alitalia Airlines, Northwest Orient Airlines, along with Hotel experience working with  Fiesta Americana Hotels then owned by Posada in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.

Bringing entrepreneurial expertise from his previous companies, Grupo Arzaga in Mexico was the first company there to develop a specialized travel marketing program with the banks for advertising in credit card statement mailings in 1990.  The company also specialized in Public Relations & Marketing throughout Acapulco & Mexico City for Hotel/Entertainment venues:  5 Star Hotel clients included Hyatt, Acapulco Plaza, News Disco and other prestigious venues.  For a short period, Mr. Arzaga also produced a Marketing/Sales Project with Grupo Situr for their hotels and marinas in Mexico.  Then as an Aeromexico Commercial Partner handled first Wholesale air/vacation packages outbound from Dallas and implemented the Gran Plan Vacation Ground & Tour Services in Dallas & Houston.

Most recently TAGI under the direction of Mr. Arzaga developed an in-house World Sports & Convention Program for International Airlines.

Ms. Binnebose also brings expertise in the airline industry from years of airline experience with Braniff Airlines as a French & Spanish Speaker/Flight Attendant for Domestic & International Flights,  Western Airlines Flight Attendant, American Airlines Reservation Agent and Spanish Speaker/Flight Attendant for Domestic and International Flights and Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant as well as Airline Ticket Agent training.

With a perspective of  the Travel Agency sector from working as a Travel Agent and Charter Tour Conductor for Ski Charters in La Canada CA, a Travel Advisor and Tour Conductor for Business Incentives taking corporate clients on world incentive trips, an Independent Travel Agent for Inteletravel, Omega and Smart Travel,  Ms. Binnebose works well with the International Traveler.

Marketing and Web Design experience was gained through employment as a Central States Presentation Coordinator for Moore Business Forms handling multi-million dollar deals,  as Sales & Marketing Regional Manager & New Business Development Manager  for a top 100 company, UICI  including Marketing & Tradeshow Specialist, Proposal Supervisor for UICI Administrators and Insurdata Marketing.

In developing the Marketing for Grupo Arzaga, Mexico, Ms. Binnebose and Mr. Arzaga designed the World Program and sales for TAGI.  These programs include Gran Plan Ground Operations DFW/IAH.  Expansion of the Ground Services Operations included developing a local sales program for hotels for vacation packages and van services, Tour Operations, Pricing and Packaging, Marketing and Business Plans for TAGI, website and all materials.
