The Arzaga Group Inc. (TAGI) is pleased to hear from hard working individuals interested in a career in the Travel Industry.  We are preparing for the first quarter of 2009 and are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to assist us with campaigns throughout the USA and Canada. 

TAGI is expanding our International Marketing Program for our partner Resort Group in Mexico.  Our company is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and Promotions of luxury beach resorts in Mexico and later in other international destinations.

Regional Travel Sales Managers:

Sales Managers are needed for 2009 with a potential Commission income of $60,000.  Sales Salary based on commission of mini-vacations sold.

Additional income from group, meeting and convention sales via the World Travel Program is also available to each sales person.

                     Regional Managers needed in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, L.A., Miami, and New York. 

*** Regional Managers also needed in Vancouver and/or Toronto Canada the middle of February 2009.

Director of Sales & Marketing:

The Director position is for Dallas TX area.  Responsibilities may include but not limited to Sales Staff Hiring and New Resort Program Sales launch and yearly sales quota targets.  Sales strategy adjustments to market trends, updates to current sales budgets, proposals, presentations and sales related business plan sections.

Travel sales experience is required for this Director position.  The Director can earn a six figure income based on commission and sales staff override.  *Sales Positions convert to base plus commission in phase two of the marketing program.
